劉欣，博士，講師。2016-2022年博士就讀于荷蘭烏特勒支大學(xué)，獲得應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)博士學(xué)位，2023年-2024年獲得北京大學(xué)海外博士后人才引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目，在北京大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院從事博士后研究工作，2025年3月進(jìn)入中國(guó)石油大學(xué)（北京）理學(xué)院參加工作至今。研究方向?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)同化，機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)，最優(yōu)控制算法以及復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)。目前已經(jīng)發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文數(shù)篇，主持和完成中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金站前資助項(xiàng)目。
